The CMS LAT system of Palvi represents the missing link between semi-automatic collection systems, systems with semi-automatic cranes and systems with bilateral movement lifters. The system is based on the application of a semi-automatic side lifter to a fixed or roll-off packing body.
The stree containers, provided with wheels is then moved near the lifter by the operators who also control its discharge into the hopper.
The system can also be completed by a semi-automatic crane for emptying, by means of hook, surface or UGC containers equipped with hooks conforming to the standard EN13071. When the system is provided with roll-off hook lift, the body can be rolled off, allowing to load another empty body. In this case, the system can be an interesting integration with the bilateral emptying system, allowing to integrate the collection of bilateral containers with that of traditional containers (EN840).
