The MINI rear-loading bin washer:

The MINI rear-loading bin washer, featuring hydrostatic transmission, is suitable for mounting on 7.5- to 11.5-tonne chassis.
Its modular structure ensures excellent weight distribution, a rational component layout and easier maintenance.
The three main modules are:

Front equipment compartment
Water tanks
Rear washing chamber

The machine is designed to load and wash the following containers compliant with EN 840:

Two 120-litre plastic bins
Two 240-litre plastic bins
Two 360-litre plastic bins
One 800-litre plastic bin
One 1,100-litre plastic bin

The 60-litre bin is available as an option and must be specified when ordering.
The enclosed washing chamber also allows the outside of containers to be washed.

Compact body configuration

A width of just 2,050 mm, compared with 2,400 mm for the standard body configuration.

Hot-water Pressure Washer Boilers

In the hot-water version, the machine is equipped with two diesel-fired boilers that heat the water supplied to a maximum temperature of 60–70 °C.

Rear washing lance and hose reel

Washing lance with spray gun and hose reel with 11 m of hose, mounted at the rear for manual washing and finishing of waste containers.

Side inspection window

An inspection window on the right-hand side allows the washing process inside the chamber to be monitored. Its position ensures safe and convenient operation.

Fully enclosed washing chamber

Labyrinth and rubber seals ensure that the washing chamber is completely enclosed, preventing water spray from escaping during washing.

Flexibility through modular construction

The machine consists of three modules, providing flexibility in its configuration. The tank size can be adapted to the chassis wheelbase and payload capacity to optimise weight distribution.

Stainless steel construction

The washing chamber structure, tank and comb are made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel. The high quality of the materials ensures reliability and long-term value.

Touch controls

An in-cab touchscreen is provided for machine configuration and troubleshooting.

Performance pack RL

The machine can be fitted with additional optional equipment to improve its washing performance.
The external washing system is upgraded with oscillating spray bars, significantly improving washing quality. A second washing pump, operating exclusively with cold water, is added to allow simultaneous external washing, saving 15 seconds per cycle.
