Special attention on operator ergonomics
The rear controls are highly intuitive and easy to use, while the bin lift controls are also available with a portable control pendant.
Manual loading
The rear flap can be lowered and locked between the bin lifter and the body to facilitate manual loading while keeping the compaction cycle in automatic mode.
Hydraulic control valve and on-board electronics layout
The main system components are easily accessible from ground level and grouped together in a protected location. The on-board electronics consist of an automotive-certified control board.
Unobstructed rave
All rear components are housed beneath the hopper, allowing the Minimatic to operate easily as a satellite vehicle.
Ejection plate
During compaction, the ejector plate operates in back-pressure mode, while during unloading, it follows the hopper profile to ensure complete discharge of the body.
Body lifting device
The optional body lifter device enables the loading/unloading edge of hopper to be raised, facilitating transfer operations into vehicles or containers with varying loading heights.
POD
An optional side-loading device, or POD, is available which, when combined with the MM equipment, enables the simultaneous collection of a second waste fraction.
Transfer to Larger Collection Vehicles
The Minimatic can discharge its load into larger collection vehicles, operating as a true satellite vehicle.
