Spare Parts Service

The core of our maintenance system is reliant on the appropriate supply of spare parts. In order to provide this and the after-sales service that accompanies it we have created a dedicated after-sales structure to ensure exemplary service to our customers.
Farid Industrie has a dedicated centralised 1500 m2 warehouse where over 1,000,000 parts are handled every year. Our sophisticated management software and equipment for the daily checks of our stocks enables us to manage the numerous parts of the Farid products both currently in production and those out of production.
Over 70% of the requests are processed within 48 hours and over 90% are dispatched within 5 days from the receipt of the order.

The logistic process is guaranteed by 6 warehouse operators and by a materials manager. The purchasing department is staffed by three people. The sales activities are carried out by three sales representatives who also have the task of assisting customers in the correct identification of the spare part. The organisation of the department is completed by two people who carry out the preparation and distribution of price lists and our parts catalogues.

Our spare parts service is available over the entire year and parts supplied are covered by a 12-month warranty.
