The new PLUS range of FMO represents the perfect synthesis between experience and search for new solutions applied to the collection operation to maximize profitability and efficiency. The design uses electronic and hydraulic components of latest generation, to ensure top class results, but at the same time a long life of the equipment and full compliance with the safety standards. The container lifting systems, based on the classic hydraulic actuator, which has always characterized the FMO model of Farid, not only guarantees very fast coupling, emptying, re-depositing times, but also a smooth movement, thanks to the use of electro proportional solutions which replace the legacy “”on-off”” operating logics. This ensures not only a longer life of the vehicle, but it also guarantees a greater useful life of the collected containers, reducing shaking and vibrations and consequently wear and damage. The range has numerous variants, suitable for being mounted on two, three, and four axle chassis with GVW between 18 t and 32 t. Even if it guarantees high efficiency and perfect, complete control of operations, the compactor FMO PLUS features user friendly controls.
The structure and the solutions adopted ensure easy access for maintenance tasks of the various components subject to wear and, via the on-board computer, the full and timely suggestion of recommended maintenance plans, in order to maximize the service life of the vehicle.

SLF, distributed exclusively by Farid on the Italian market, represents a modern and high performance solution of automatic equipment with gripper designed for bin collection.
The speed of the gripping assembly handling cycle has been optimized thanks to the software and the use of proportional hydraulics that allow to achieve always the best emptying time for each type of container handled, while ensuring extreme quietness and comfort for the operator.
The design choice was to use devices and components that are designed to fulfil this purpose – such as variable delivery pumps, modulated movements, absence of impacts and position control – determine additional economic benefits directly quantifiable on the operating costs of the equipment, fewer faults on the containers handled and increased efficiency of the operator. The lifting system adapts with ease to different types of bins, without causing damage and positioning them on ground in compliance with the different positions. The gripping assembly is composed of a single extraction side exit guide, a tipping device and a gripper for bins coupling. The group is designed to allow the gripper, which starts from the bottom, a more natural and effective coupling of the container, as well as a considerable safety, in all the phases of the loading/unloading cycle of the bin; that is particularly effective in operations of centring, gripping, lifting and repositioning on ground of the container.

The CMS LAT system of Palvi represents the missing link between semi-automatic collection systems, systems with semi-automatic cranes and systems with bilateral movement lifters. The system is based on the application of a semi-automatic side lifter to a fixed or roll-off packing body.
The stree containers, provided with wheels is then moved near the lifter by the operators who also control its discharge into the hopper.
The system can also be completed by a semi-automatic crane for emptying, by means of hook, surface or UGC containers equipped with hooks conforming to the standard EN13071. When the system is provided with roll-off hook lift, the body can be rolled off, allowing to load another empty body. In this case, the system can be an interesting integration with the bilateral emptying system, allowing to integrate the collection of bilateral containers with that of traditional containers (EN840).
